Preparing to begin teaching

On Monday, May and I met with Bonnie the garden specialist at Columbia Heights. We will be teaching two classes of 7th grade Science back to back on Thursday mornings. This week we will be planting microgreens and doing a lesson on germination. As well as telling them about the observations, we would like them to make on Monday and Thursday each week. We have some great things planned for the next few weeks as well. I can't wait to start teaching this Thursday and possibly tour the garden.
