Microgreens as a Garnish

Cress is a very spicy microgreen, so I like it best as a garnish served on foods that need a little extra kick.  For dinner, I had couscous with chickpeas and veggies, topped with some fresh picked microgreens.  It was a great way to end the day.  I am looking forward to doing some taste tests with the new greens we planted, and coming up with some new recipes!
